While leadership and entrepreneurship are not identical, there are many characteristics and traits that are common between an entrepreneur and a leader.
Ken Blanchard has developed a great online tool to help assess one’s entrepreneur traits. The free E-strengths Assessment is free online through August 31, 2008 (retail value $49.95). This assessment is an excellent tool for understanding perceptions about your leadership style by revealing what actually exists. The good news is that most of these traits can be developed.
