presentations on intergenerational church leadership

Tim Tseng of the Institute for the Study of Asian American Christianity (ISAAC) made several valuable presentations at the Evangelical Formosan Church’s 2009 Bridging Conference in February 2009. He posted his presentation slides online from the plenary session and two workshops at the ISAAC Blog.

His presentations, as well as the conference overall, worked on ways to create healthy inter-generational leadership cultures, including tools for creating “bridging cultures” among church leaders from different cultural or generational backgrounds.
